SUMMARY

This position is responsible for supporting the Human Resources Business Partner team. The key function for this role is to manage and analyse HR data and communicate with diverse stakeholder.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and update HR data as a data analyst

  • Manage and analyze HR data, employee data / Update Organization chart and Employee master file
  • HR system (Workday) data update
  • Joiner and retiree document guide & communication (personal data documents and resignation letter)
  • Prepare and manage HR report (Turnover rate, Audit data, Report to Government, etc.)

- Executive and secretarial support to C&B work and internal event arrangement.

  • Prepare master data for monthly payroll
  • Monitor and follow-up the social insurance report status (especially Unemployment insurance)
  • Validate employee’s Overtime though Time & Attendance system
  • Operate retirement pension
  • Operate Annual Medical check-up
  • Annual Leave calculation for setting & usage follow-up
  • Operate the congratulatory and condolence program/Employee Gift
  • Support employee relations (ER) activities; Workshop, annual dinner, monthly birthday party and etc.
  • Order/Stock management of Kering goods

- Responsible for efficient and qualitative Talent Acquisition process

  • Job Positing, Resume screening on a daily basis, Phone screening (upon request), Candidate Summary Report, Arrangement of interview
  • Support preparation of a contract with Search Firm/Agency
  • Support On-boarding process

- Provide full range of executive and secretarial support to Training

  • Arrange e-training upon mandatory training
  • Coordination of Kering Induction session and other training sessions
  • Training Record/Data management/Training Survey
  • Support training arrangement and set up the venue

- Manage and provide full range of general HRBP operaions

  • Payment Management (Voucher / Esker)
  • Guide/collect resignation documents
  • Arrange Exit interview (upon request)
  • Timely response to employee’s inquiries and report to HRBP
  • Ad-hoc HR projects (Internal project, Audit, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • 3~4 years relevant working experience in Human Resources
  • Demonstrated working knowledge in HR policies, practices and employment laws with regional experience
  • Data analyst, Team player and Communication skill
  • Ability to interface with diverse stakeholders at all levels with tact
  • A self-starter who is able to prioritize demands and efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Extensive computer skills are necessary, specifically strong Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Systems (such as Workday, Shiftee, concur and etc.) and reporting tools experience
