    How you will contribute
    Daily Operations:

    • Oversee daily WHS operations in AS IS warehouses, with main focus on Inbound and Reverse, follow up on eventual IT related issues
    • Support in Stock monitoring and inventory revalorization / recycling activities
    • Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational standards during migration


    Ops Transformation during warehouse transition:

    • Support in the review and validation of Standard Operating Procedures with 3PL
    • Follow hiring and training plan for blue-collars in alignment with 3PL's white collars and support functions
    • Coordinate safe migration from incumbent facility to the new one with all the Logistics partners together with Local Warehouse & Transport Team
    • Support in the implementation "Operations routine" with new 3PL to monitor on-time execution and continuous improvement approach

    Who you are

    Required Skills and Experience

    • Minimum 5 years experience in logistics operations, project management experience such as warehouse migration will be a big plus.
    • Proven ability to lead and support 3PL partners
    • Engineering background (considered as a plus) with data driven mindset
    • Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools (teams, outlook, excel, ppt, power BI would be a plus)
    • Business level of English and being fluent in Japanese
