The Alexander McQueen Client Advisor will be a passionate brand ambassador and dedicated team player, promoting brand loyalty and transforming every Client visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience. With full accountability for meeting KPI’s set through personalised client experience and cross selling of products, the client advisor will take full ownership of the exclusive relationships of the AMQ clientele.Key Accountabilities <ul><li>You will be able to demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviours.  </li><li>Provide exceptional client experience by greeting, listening and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of AMQ history and heritage</li><li>Exchanging with Clients on general trends in the fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products</li><li>Foster open and constructive communication with team members, taking a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when needed</li><li>Contribute to the visual display of the products in accordance with AMQ visual standards</li><li>Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with corporate policies and procedures</li><li>Follow Company grooming, accordingly with AMQ standards and policies</li><li>Be driven to exceed individual financial targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store</li><li>Proactively seize all cross-selling opportunities, utilizing all product categories available in the store</li><li>Maintain and develop Client relationships through a custom-made approach and with the support of CRM and digital tools</li><li>Strengthen Client loyalty by participating in the Department or Store’s clientelling initiatives</li><li>Constantly strive to stay updated on knowledge on product knowledge, sales techniques, Client Services, and Company policies and procedures </li><li>Operate with the highest level of care and respect for the product</li><li>Act in compliance to Company procedures on operational guidelines and stock procedures, as well as cash activity, inventory, logistics and all main reporting activities requested by head office, ensuring that Company policies and procedures are proactively executed</li></ul>Key Requirements <ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies</li><li>Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs</li><li>Excellent commercial awareness</li><li>Team-player mentality</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections</li><li>Customer centric approach and an entrepreneurial spirit</li><li>Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment</li><li>Luxury product knowledge</li></ul>

Alexander McQueen is a British luxury fashion house founded by Lee Alexander McQueen in 1992. In 2001, the house joined the Kering Group and, since December 2023, is under the creative direction of Seán McGirr.

The Alexander McQueen Team Manager will be responsible for maximizing store performance to achieve targets and goals with a strong focus on team management and development. Working on the shop floor, taking ownership for leading and inspiring the team.  Empowering and equipping the team to deliver exceptional service culture and client experience.Key Accountabilities In partnership with the Store Leadership: Leading the business<ul><li>You will be able to demonstrate the desired McQueen behaviours </li><li>Support the Store Manager to develop and implement business plans, through the analysis of the department’s performances and proposal of relevant action plans</li><li>Drive performance of the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performances and contribution to support the success of the entire store</li><li>Together with the Store Manager, represent the Company within the local market, identifying opportunities to increase foot flow, attracting new Clients, and building loyal relationships with the brand</li><li>Monitor the performance of the assigned team categories and proactively propose action plans to reach the targets.</li><li>Monitor store expenses to keep in line with budgets, alerting the store manager as and when needed.</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure the team develops a full product knowledge through specific training, while making sure they are aware of market trends and competitors.</li><li>Collaborate with VM team, ensuring displays attracts Clients and maximizes sales, in accordance with Company guidelines</li></ul>Client Experience  <ul><li>Lead and inspire the team on executing superior client experience</li><li>Develop a client engagement mindset, with the purpose of building long lasting relationships with the clients.</li><li>Lead the execution of clientelling activities with the store team, developing actions to reach the goals and KPIs.</li><li>Strengthen Client loyalty supporting the department team to carry out clientelling initiatives</li><li>Proactively manage any customer complaints to ensure client relationship is maintained with positive outcome</li><li>Be present on the sales floor, ensuring highest standard of approach and service to Clients.</li><li>Ensure Omni Channel awareness among the team, as well as encourage and support the team in using digital tools to improve the relationship with clients and achieving the business objectives</li></ul>Team development <ul><li>Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, respect, and superior performance standards, leading by example.</li><li>Empowering the team to be the best versions of themselves. Promoting team spirit through effective communication, and cultivating a positive and energetic environment</li><li>Encourage the exchange of information within the team and proactively develop morning briefing on specific topics </li><li>Staying close to team on shop floor, being aware of what is happening</li><li>Provide support and ongoing feedback to client advisors to ensure their development, motivation, and sense of belonging.</li><li>Conduct regular performance conversations with the team to discuss results and develop action plans</li><li>Having understood the needs and priorities, train and inspire the department sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, Client Services, and Company policies and procedures </li><li>Identify talents within your team to propose for internal development opportunities, sharing the proposal with the Store Manager to define the correct development processes</li><li>Guarantee team development through coaching and follow-ups on individual action plans;</li></ul>Key Requirements <ul><li>Significant sales and team management experience within retail or service related industry </li><li>Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills</li><li>Flexibility to work a retail schedule which will include evenings, weekends and holidays. </li><li>Commercial awareness and strong business acumen</li><li>Strong analytical skills</li><li>Customer centric approach and an entrepreneurial spirit</li><li>Developing and coaching others</li><li>Relationship builder with an ability to get the best out of teams</li><li>Understanding of KPI’s being used how they impact each other across categories</li><li>Customer centric approach and an entrepreneurial spirit</li></ul>Kering is committed to building a diverse workforce.
