Your opportunity
Discover the business of retail luxury through its database, by extracting and analyzing sales and client information, translate it into opportunities and define and run projects to exploit them. Work closely with Strategy, Marketing, VIC (‘Very Important Clients’) Management, eCommerce, Retail, IT, and Legal to deliver best-in-class client experience and contribute to the House's growth.
- Data crunching, analysis and critical thinking
- Conduct extractions of the database, by running SQL queries and analyze the results with Python and Excel. Support in the presentations of the CRM analyses to various teams of the House, including C-Levels and Retail teams.
- Think of creative ways to increase client acquisition and loyalty by partnering up with involved functions and help implement the actions with business as well as IT teams.
- Help stores in their clienteling operations by providing specific analyses.
- Outreach campaigns
- Help to improve customer journeys, by working with Design, Merchandising, Marketing, and IT teams.
- Support the execution of outreach campaigns: collection launches, stores openings/relocations, in-store events, VIC events, Bespoke trunk shows, and the emotional calendar.
- Assist to the monitoring, interpretation, and refinement activities of such operations.
- Continuous operational improvement
- Contribute to the improvement of the global in-store app, used by all store teams to improve their daily experience by collecting feedbacks, translate them into features, and transmit them to the IT teams.
- Coordinate with several teams (eCommerce, IT, and regional teams) to help open new social channels.
- Contribute to increase the contactability of our clients by working with Data Privacy and Retail teams.
- Conduct trends analyses to benchmark digital engagement best practices and market insights studies to help contextualize internal results.
Profile
- Excellent understanding of databases and data models, with ability to translate data insights into effective quantitative and qualitative reports.
- High data crunching capabilities in SQL, Python and Excel. VBA is a plus.
- Curiosity, and natural ability to delve into a given subject to reach an in-depth understanding.
- Experience of data analysis to support decision-taking.
- Basic project management skills.
- Digital marketing basic knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Italian
