KERING Procurement Project Manager (Fixed Term)

You will support and report to the Group Procurement Director to adapt and optimize the organization, process & tools, reporting and to liaise and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
How you will contribute?
Support the Procurement Director to define, optimize, implement, and update procurement methodology and processes (including performance, supplier management, purchasing procedure, Back-end rebate, etc.)
Monitor team activity (project and savings consolidation, meeting minutes), support team on projects (strategy and process) and integrate newcomers
Manage reporting & communication, consolidate data, prepare communication deliverables to Brands and Kering Finance management (newsletter, Procurement committee)
Administrate Procurement performance tool (project and savings, supplier, contracts), define and manage tool evolutions and manage / support transverse project (Procure-to-pay)
Coordinate Procurement team worldwide (France, Italy, APAC, Japan, US) and ensure all teams are aligned and informed
Be the main point of contact and coordinates all types of projects with other Kering departments (IT, Sustainability, Legal, Finance etc.) and Brands Procurement departments
Keep up to date contacts with external providers and support in their management
Support the Group Procurement director in prioritizing his trips, meetings, and his daily tasks.
Who you are?
Graduated in Business Administration, Finance or Management Engineering
A professional with experience in project/program management and reporting
A person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing several projects and topics
Organized, team player with excellent interpersonal skills and leadership attitude
Curious and adaptive, and with excellent oral and written communication skills
Fluent in English, Italian and French are plus
