    BOUCHERON - Sales Operations Manager

    We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Dubai team and support the growth of Boucheron in the Middle East. This role sits at the crossroads of retail performance, retail excellence, merchandising, and operations, acting as a key operational and business partner for the regional franchisee network.

    The position ensures business performance optimization, strong retail execution, product alignment, operational efficiency, and consistent client experience across the network.

    1. Retail Performance & Retail Excellence

    Retail Performance Management

    • Produce, consolidate and analyze weekly and monthly sell-out reports and retail KPIs.
    • Monitor boutique performance (traffic, conversion, average transaction value, productivity and key retail indicators).
    • Support boutiques in defining and implementing monthly action plans to drive performance.
    • Identify commercial opportunities and ensure alignment with regional selling strategy.
    • Develop and maintain performance tools providing clear visibility on results, priorities and action plans.
    • Drive the automation and continuous improvement of reports and dashboards to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and business performance visibility.

    Retail Excellence

    • Support the deployment and execution of Retail Excellence standards across partner boutiques.
    • Ensure consistency in client experience, selling ceremony, and brand standards.
    • Provide qualitative feedback from boutiques to enhance retail processes and tools.
    • Monitor execution of retail initiatives, launches and commercial animations in boutiques.

    2. Product & Merchandising

    Product Performance & Analysis

    • Prepare monthly sales analysis by category and collection.
    • Conduct quarterly in-depth product performance reviews aligned with product strategy.
    • Monitor product lifecycle and proactively flag underperformance or overstock risks.

    Product Launches & Newness

    • Contribute to newness forecasting in coordination with regional merchandising.
    • Coordinate product launches with Retail Excellence, VM and Communication teams.
    • Ensure operational readiness in boutiques for launches.
    • Track newness performance and provide qualitative feedback.

    Events & Special Assortments

    • Build specific assortments for events and activations in collaboration with VM, merchandising and communication teams.
    • Monitor allocations and deliveries.
    • Consolidate consignment requests and follow up on returns or invoicing.

    Client & Special Orders

    • Manage allocation priorities and delivery follow-up.
    • Act as key operational contact for special orders.

    3. Stock & Order Management

    Stock Reporting & Optimization

    • Consolidate and analyze stock reports across the network.
    • Identify overstock or shortage situations and propose action plans with partners and internal teams.

    Sell-In Planning & Forecasting

    • Contribute to sell-in planning based on sell-out performance and stock levels.
    • Maintain rolling forecasts and visibility on the back orders.  
    • Convert forecasts into confirmed orders following regional direction.
    • Issue replenishment recommendations aligned with sales performance and product strategy.
    • Build strong working relationships with partner merchandisers to ensure smooth validation processes.

    Invoicing & Order Coordination

    • Monitor allocations to ensure timely invoicing and shipment.
    • Confirm monthly shipment content per market after partner validation.
    • Anticipate and manage credit or payment-related issues.

    4. CRM & After-Sales Service

    • Develop partners’ CRM mindset aligned with market and business objectives.
    • Support partners in database analysis to identify priorities and opportunities.
    • Assist in defining and implementing CRM action plans.
    • Measure results, identify development areas and share best practices.

    After-Sales Service (SAV)

    • Establish and improve SAV workflows to enhance client experience.
    • Support partners in managing client complaints and enquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
    • Act as a key contact for operational follow-up with Kering Customer Service teams.

    YOUR PROFILE:

    • 3–5 years of experience in product merchandising, buying, commercial, or retail roles within the luxury industry; experience in jewellery is a plus
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to independently conduct sell-out analysis and prepare accurate sell-in projections
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with partners and act as a key point of contact for boutique teams
    • A collaborative and agile mindset, with enthusiasm for contributing to a dynamic team environment.
    • Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a plus
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
