    This role will report directly to Finance Director, Greater China. It plays a pivotal role in building compliance culture, establishing a strong internal control environment in the organization, closly monitoring the inventory level to support the business growth and taking the lead of finance transformation.

    How will you contribute:

    Internal control enhancement:

    • Work closely with internal control and compliance team and ensure FP+A procedures comply with group and local regulatory requirements.
    • Internal control Process Establishment
    • Deep dive into current process, study previous audit findings and build the policy to be put into place within the organization.
    • Implement Standard Operation Procedure for the process improvements and implication.
    • Develop controlling checking points and lead the test review requirement on a regular basis.
    • Create a healthy compliance atmosphere by continuously providing business team with proper guidance, coaching supervision and regular performance appraisals.
    • Internal Audit Review
    • Coordinate with group internal audit team to ensure audit process being well-organized, audit finding being well-addressed and action plan being put into place.

    Inventory management

    • Demand planning forecast:
    • Collaborate planning forecast/replenishment with merchandising.
    • Establish for reviewing and measuring progress to manage the procurement performance.
    • Monitor the S&OP process to manage the capacity and materials balances.

    Finance Transformation

    • Launch ESKER PR/PO module to ensure:
    • Support new module successfully launch and adapt within the brand
    • Make sure the module launch to eliminate the risk of non-compliance
    • Implement SAP
    • Work closely with group SAP team on project support
    • Evaluate, analyze and identify the business requirement and proposed business solution to be fulfilled in SAP module
    • Ensure the process design conforms to global IT solution template and business rules

    Required Skills: (Required qualifications, skills, languages etc.)

    • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or related field
    • 8 years experience or more is preferred.
    • Proven experience in big 4 is a must. FMCG + Big 4 is a plus.
    • Clear understanding of internal controls and strong level of business knowledge
    • Excellent thinker with an ability to interpret and solve complex issues.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with strong abiliy to drive operational risk within the first line of defense and obtain appropriate management.
    • Fluent in English level
