    BALENCIAGA Retail Operation Specialist

    Be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of retail stores, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining brand and service standards. This role works closely with the internal departments, and external partners to execute strategic and operational initiatives that enhance store performance and customer experience.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support overall store operations, including system guidance, issue resolution, store supplies management, and operational guideline maintenance.
    • Manage store communications through newsletters and key business announcements.
    • Coordinate and support store openings, closures, and special events.
    • Handle weekly store requests related to uniforms, packaging, systems, and operational resources.
    • Monitor monthly expenses, perform closing activities, and analyze costs.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the retail industry.
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently.
    • Results-oriented with a proactive approach and commitment to delivering outcomes.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
