We are currently seeking for a (Sr.) E-Commerce Manager who will be part of our dynamic team in China.
How you will contribute
- Lead overall online business for both DTC & WHS and build cross-platform EC growth strategy with 3yr plan
- Drive sales growth on TMALL (currently 2 mono brand FSS & 1 multi-brand FSS), JD and other potential platforms while maintaining healthy operational KPIs
- Be responsible for overall channel P&L and financial performance
- Collaborate with both internal functional stakeholders (EMKT/PM/FIN/CS…etc) and lead external TP team and wholesaler partners to achieve sales target
- Maintain smooth relationship with HQ. Follow the global price guideline while periodically sharing business review
Who you are:
- At least 7 years working experience on EC, having both DTC and WHS experience is preferred.
- Well understand different operation methods under different business models on major EC platforms
- Strong industry insights and ability to deal with challenges and changes
- Strong commercial sense and result-oriented mindset
- Strategic thinking, as well as hands-on and can-do attitudes
- Able to set priorities and manage multiple tasks
- Very good communication skill, self-motivated, quick learner, sense of responsibility and enthusiast team player
- Luxury/Fashion/Cosmetics industry experience and EC multi-channel experience preferred
