Job Description
Job Title : Retail Performance Specialist
Reports To : BD & Retail Manager

SUMMARY:
The Retail Performance Specialist supports the monitoring and improvement of store performance across the retail network. This role focuses on analyzing sales and operational data, identifying performance gaps, and supporting the implementation of action plans to enhance store efficiency.
This is a highly collaborative role, working closely with Store Managers, Regional Managers, and other departments to achieve company goals.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly or any time relevant store sales data, customer feedback, and key operational KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, average transaction value, customer satisfaction scores) to identify performance gaps and areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of data-driven action plans to address performance issues and drive improvements in alignment with overall business goals.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly to monitor store performance, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with store management teams to monitor performance targets and benchmarks, and follow up on action plans
- Identify performance gaps and provide insights to support improvement actions
- Generate and present regular performance reports for management, providing insights into store and regional trends, performance variances
- Support related to retail-related projects
- Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Work closely with the Retail Manager, Store Managers, and other team members to achieve shared objectives related to performance
- Provide operational support to store managers, helping them track their performance goals through regular feedback and data updates.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations, performance management, or a related field.
- Fluent English skill is a must
- Excellent Microsoft office tool (PowerPoint, Excel..) skills
- Must be able to work independently and proactively taking ownership of assignments and seeking creative solutions
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills are a must, as well as the ability and willingness to entertain proficient relationships with stores
- Organized, collaborative, adaptable to change, and able to multi task in a fast-paced and diverse environment
