  • Supporting full spectrum of marketing communications activities across Southeast Asia & Oceania region
  • Supporting planning, organising and executing all strategic and tactical regional marketing communications campaigns
  • Assisting line manager on budget and expenses tracking effectively
  • Assisting and coordinate joint promotions, event management and public relations activities
  • Assisting in overall management of press sample within the region and logistic arrangement
  • Managing press queries, PR pitching and marketing assets locally and regionally in collaboration with PR agencies on day to day capacity
  • Liaising with vendors/ freelancers/ influencers/ celebrities
  • Delivering new ideas and strong follow-ups on campaign roll-out with post results analysis
  • Quantifying marketing, communications and PR efforts and results for internal stakeholders and head office
  • Liaising with regional media agency and various corporate departments for marketing and advertising materials submissions on regular basis
  • Liaising with external agencies, mall marketing team on marketing communication strategy implementation
  • Generating PR clippings, proposals, and other ad-hoc reports locally and regionally
  • Managing marketing communications assistant on day to day activities
  • Any other duties as assigned by the line manager


  • Degree in Marketing or related disciplines
  • Strong interest in luxury, fashion and marketing communication field
  • At least 1 or 2 years relevant experience in fashion retail, online and offline advertising, public relations as well as digital universe
  • A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous, organised with an eye for details and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Excellent skills in written and verbal communications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and design graphic software
  • Social media and digitally savvy
  • Possess positive disposition with a driven attitude and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate, energetic, team player, pro-active attitude and target-oriented attribute
