Main Job Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Attract, recruit, develop, and retain top-tier talent, creating a high-performing, engaged team aligned with Flagship standards.
- Establish an inspiring and collaborative work environment that promotes accountability, performance, and professional growth.
- Support skills development through daily coaching, structured feedback, and individualized development plans.
- Embody exemplary leadership on the floor, maintaining a strong presence in sales and VIP client relations.
- Create a culture of commercial and service excellence by providing purpose to objectives and uniting the team around a common vision.
Performance & Business Development
- Drive the overall performance of the Flagship with direct responsibility for turnover, profitability, and P&L.
- Define, implement, and monitor strategic action plans for the short, medium, and long term.
- Analyze performance indicators (KPIs, sell-through, conversion, productivity) and adjust actions accordingly.
- Develop a detailed knowledge of the competitive environment, market trends, and the expectations of a local and international clientele.
- Build and drive our Client network to strengthen loyalty and the House's visibility.
Operational Excellence & Stock Management
- Supervise stock management to ensure perfect alignment with the Flagship’s business potential.
- Lead inventories and optimize stockroom management to streamline processes and maximize operational efficiency.
- Guarantee compliance with all internal procedures.
Representation of the House
- Act as the guardian of the House's image, values, and service standards.
- Ensure that the store atmosphere and customer experience reflect the DNA and high standards of the House.
- Represent the House at strategic internal and external events.
PROFILE
- Significant experience in the world of luxury, fashion, or premium retail.
- Natural, charismatic, and inspiring leadership, with a strong ability to unite and grow teams.
- Acute sense of customer experience, high-level clienteling, and loyalty building.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Strong results orientation and ability to manage complex and demanding environments.
- Agility, curiosity, transparency, and a culture of feedback.
- Fluent French is mandatory – fluent English is essential (a third language is an asset).
- Proficiency in IT and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, retail tools).
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent management and organizational skills, ability to adapt, strong results orientation
- Proven experience of about 10 years in the role of Store Manager or the management of particularly complex retail structures
- Ability to manage multiple stores in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knowledge of local customers and the target market
