监督并执行公司关于营运管理的最新战略，政策以及流程 To compile various performance reports in an orderly and timely manner to meet business needs; including various sales reports, sales target proposals, HR related reports and staff-related reports and consolidations.
有序及时地完成各类业绩报告的编辑以满足业务需要，包括各种销售报告，销售目标提案等相关报表 Handle the daily operational administrative duties to ensure a smooth flow of operation, including coordinating communication on operational matters and dissemination of requirements to the stores.
处理日常操作性的行政工作以确保营运流程顺畅，包括营运相关事务的协调沟通、零售店铺的宣传要求 Administer the documentation of operating procedures and work with the various stakeholders to update the documents to ensure their relevance. To update & revise various of SOP & operation manual.
管理营运操作流程文件并与相关部门合作更新其内容，以确保各自的职责和相关性，负责更新及修订各类营运标准操作手册 Monitor retail stores' daily operation, such as customer complaints handling, goods transfer follow up, store maintenance follow up, uniform and grooming guideline management & so on.
监督店铺日常运营，如处理客户投诉、货品变更跟踪、店铺维护跟踪、制服安排及仪容仪表管理等等 Monitor retail stores to follow various activities such as promotion, new arrival launching, VM guidelines and check the collect, result and the feedbacks.
负责零售店铺进行各类活动，如产品推广、新品上市、陈列指引及其他，并检查活动的收集状态、成果及反馈 Be aware and responsible of the cost structure for both OP and Retail Depts and monitor it under the guidance of the Retail Head.
了解并负责营运部和零售部的成本结构，并在零售总监的指导下进行监管 Ensure of high level of efficiency of the expenses, make sire the vendors are the most competitive in terms prices and service provided.
确保费用的高效使用，使供应商在价格和服务方面最具竞争力 Be actively involved in the analysis of P&L of the stores, by ensuring a high level of efficiency of the costs of the Dept.
积极参与店铺损益分析，以确保部门成本的高效使用 Be responsible for designing the new project launched to the stores under the guidance and directions of the Retail Head.
根据零售总监的指导，负责设计将新项目推广实施到店铺 Be responsible of the back-office and stockroom’s arrangements guidelines to be followed by the stores and proceed with regular checks and follow ups.
确保店铺的后台办公室及仓库的安排按相关规定执行，并定期跟踪检查 Cooperate and take active part together with the Retail Head to compile and review regularly the “Retail Operations Bible”.
