    Position Summary We are seeking a highly capable AI Product Manager to join our AI team. In this role, you will be a key member of a specialized core team, responsible for executing the strategy for our internal AI platform and tooling. You will work closely with our AI Development Engineer and AI Governance to translate strategic vision into detailed product plans, drive feature development, and champion adoption across the company. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality features on time, ensure they meet compliance standards, and actively contribute to user growth and satisfaction.

    How You Will Contribute

    • Requirements Analysis & Execution Planning:
      • Collaborate with business units to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements. Work under the guidance of the team lead to synthesize inputs from engineering and governance, contributing to a clear, actionable product backlog and iteration plans.
    • Roadmap Maintenance & Project Delivery:
      • Help maintain, communicate, and update the detailed product roadmap. Clearly document and communicate project status, priorities, dependencies, and trade-offs to all stakeholders and your core team partners to ensure smooth, predictable execution.
    • Product Design & Development Support:
      • Write clear, detailed PRDs and user stories. Partner closely with the AI Development Engineer on technical solution design, and proactively identify and address potential governance requirements during the design phase to enable efficient, high-quality development.
    • Metrics Tracking & Iterative Improvement:
      • Define, instrument, and monitor key feature-level and operational metrics. Rigorously analyze user feedback, support tickets, and usage data to generate actionable insights for product iteration. Report regularly on the performance, adoption, and business impact of launched features.
    • User Enablement & Community Support:
      • Create and maintain user documentation, how-to guides, and training materials. Provide direct support to internal users, champion their needs within the product process, and help foster a positive, productive community around our AI tools and platform.

    Who You Are

    Experience & Technical Skills

    • 4-6 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping and iterating on complex features for data-intensive products, technical platforms, or internal tools.​ Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams​ is essential.
    • Applied AI/ML Knowledge: Must possess a working understanding of key stages in the AI/ML lifecycle (e.g., data requirements, model evaluation, deployment considerations) as they relate to building and operating products. Hands-on experience with, or strong curiosity about, Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application patterns (e.g., RAG, agent) is a significant advantage.
    • Execution & Collaboration Excellence:​ Outstanding project management and organizational skills. Proven ability to drive cross-functional tasks to completion in a collaborative environment. Ability to identify and navigate project risks, including those related to timelines, resources, or technical dependencies.
    • Analytical & Data-Informed:​ Comfortable defining metrics, analyzing data, and using insights to guide product decisions and report on impact.
    • Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills

    Preferred:

    • Direct experience building internal platforms, developer tools, or AI/ML platforms.
    • Experience in a high-growth tech environment undergoing an AI transformation.
