    Job Family Group Description - Human Resources: Includes all jobs providing support to the business in the field of Human Resources Management, such as talent acquisition and management, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR administration in alignment with our company’s strategy, practice and objectives. Job Family Description -HR Business Partner: Performs a wide range of Human Resources activities and supervision. Provides specialised advice and assistance to business unit management regarding complex HR issues.

    POSITION IN THE ORGANIZATION AND STATUS Report to : HR Director

    MAIN MISSION

    THE POSITION PROVIDES HUMAN RESOURCES INITIATIVES TO THE BOUCHEORN JAPAN BUSINESS WITH THE PRIMARY FOCUS ON IMPLEMENTING HR PROCTICES TO CONTRIBUTE TO THE GROWTH OF THE BUSINESS.THIS POSITION PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL HR ADVISORY TO EMPLOYEES ACROSS ALL LEVELS AS THEIR BUSINESS PARTNER.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    KEY RESPONSIBLITIES BELOW :

    1.HR Planning

    Contribute to the business strategy by advising business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures, and processes.

    As HRBP, provide HR specialist advice and direction to the leaders

    2.Staffing & Recruiting

    Manage internal transfers to foster effective cross-functional/ global mobility.

    Manage issues in staffing, including termination and redundancy, by minimizing legal risk.

    Lead new graduate recruiting and assist in recruiting people with disabilities.

    3.Performance Management

    Implement performance management practices in line with the central guidelines and BOUCHERON regional guidelines

    Guide and coach managers to properly execute annual performance management process

    Provide advice to managers on handling performance issues and corrective action process

    4.Talent Management

    Implement annual Career Committee with the management to assess employees’ potential and decide potential rating to identify future talent.

    Update potential rating and succession data in WORKDAY for management reporting.

    5.Employee Relations

    Implement HR strategies to drive divisional change initiatives

    Ensure an open employee communication process and employee and management relations

    Give advice to employees across all levels to address/ prevent employee issues.
