This position is in charge of all commercial sales activities for stores (including 2 duty free stores) in Korea. Help store to achieve agreed sales target, implement company projects and ensure it is well communicated in the boutique.
How you will contribute
- Boutique Operations Management
- Ensure the smooth opening of new boutiques
- Be in charge of retail campaign for related stores.
- Ensure core boutique operations managed according to BOUCHERON standard
- Regularly visit boutique and provide feedback for boutique staff management and performance review
- Develop area action plan to achieve commercial target in terms of qualitative & quantitative aspects
- Administer sales and manage overall turnover
- Optimize boutique productivity and profitability
- Provide sales estimate for new product launch
- Analyze and evaluate sales results, collect and provide qualitative feedbacks
- Closely monitor and analyze competitors’ sales performance and promotional activities
- Maintain relationship with landlords through brand events/product launch animation
- Improve boutique service quality and develop effective CRM events
- Manage customer claim
- Market intelligence observation
- Provide first-hand information concerning commercial projects in each mall
- Maintain good relationship with landlord and support negotiation with them on business opportunities
- Leverage landlord’s resource and support in terms of BTQ events and special activities
- Manage store team’s roles and responsibilities
- Retain people by motivating team to gain job satisfaction
- Inspires and motivate boutique managers to build a cohesive and productive team
Who you are
Experience, business and technical skills
- In depth knowledge of product and industry
- Excellent understanding of the selling process and of customer behavior
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- At least 7 years’ experience in sales
- Strong analytical skill
