Job Family Group Description - Sales / Omni-Channel:
Combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management.
Job Family Description -Wholesale:
Enhances relationships with key partners and suggests a partners distribution/target list. Monitors sales KPIs to ensure that partners are achieving maximum sales potential. Guarantees stock in wholesale partners, manages orders and delivery process. Provides training on brands and product characteristics.
Position Description:
Reporting to the Commercial Director, China, you will take full P&L ownership of the China wholesale business — from strategic vision to hands-on execution. You will lead the distributor network and key mall partnerships, drive sustainable sell-out growth, and act as both the strategic architect and the operational backbone of the wholesale channel.
