    [Role Mission]

    HR Business Partner to support the company’s mission by continuously developing and strengthening a high-performing, performance-driven organization. Responsible for partnering with business leaders to implement the company’s people strategy, foster a strong organizational culture, and drive employee engagement initiatives.

    This hybrid role encompasses both strategic and operational HR responsibilities, including employee relations, labor law compliance, workplace investigations, disciplinary and grievance management, HR policy governance, and risk management. The role also leads the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits and wellness programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations while enhancing the overall employee experience. By balancing business partnership with operational excellence, the HR Business Partner enables sustainable business growth, organizational change & effectiveness, and a positive employee experience

    [Key Accountabilities]

    LEADING - Employee Relations, legal compliance and HR policy

    • Provides counsel and facilitates prompt and effective resolution of employee relations to People Manager
    • Regularly monitor HR practices, workforce practices within the business to ensure compliance with HR practices and local labor standards
    • Closely co-work with Manager on delivering up-to-dated HR compliance, employee grievance management, discipline management, conduction of legal trainings and other labor and employment matters
    • Lead office grievances and business misconduct compliance issues and closely co-work with Managers on the employee grievances and business misconduct compliance issues
    • Closely work with key partners such as labor attorney, Kering Lawyer and government organization to keep up with the law compliance
    • Ensure all policies to be issued are appropriately reviewed and authorized
    • Enroll employees in mandatory on-line statutory compliance training and ensure completion
    • Support HR with the practice of effective documentation and record-keeping
    • Maintain and update the HR policies and procedures, ensuring training as needed
    • Ensure HR operational practices comply with local labor law and company policies for both internal and external HR audit

    MANAGING: Benefits and Statutory training/reporting

    • Coordinate and manage all employee benefit programs, including flexible benefit programs, employee purchase, group term insurance, child tuition, congratulatory & condolences, employee gifting, annual leave administration, retirement pension enrollment & coordination, support compensation/Payroll data administration, and record management, etc.
    • Effectively partner with Kering Shared Service to evolve and optimize benefits related documentation and processes
    • Continuously identify opportunities to administrative practices within HR
    • Ensure timely processing of HR invoices and contracts
    • Coordinate and manage related external vendors
    • Support accurate and timely payroll operation, including payroll data
    • Maintain compensation data, prepare reports, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
    • Support the implementation and communication of compensation policies, guidelines, and C&B initiatives.
    • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline compensation administration processes.
    • Support internal and external audits by preparing HR documentation and payroll-related records.
    • Validate payroll data including new hires, resignations, salary changes, leave records, overtime, incentives and deductions prior to payroll closing.
    • Ensure payroll accuracy through reconciliation and post-payroll validation.
    • Support compensation & benefit benchmarking and market salary analysis.
    • Prepare and submit statutory reports, including but not limited to handicapped employee levy and exemption reports, workplace childcare surveys, veteran’s office reports
    • Maintain internal HR documentation such as employment certificates, leave records, benefit guides, and labor compliance notices

    COORDINATE : Payroll, Workday(HRIS), and Engagement

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee C&B data in HRIS
    • Ensure effective implementation and smooth operation of HRIS and related interfaces
    • Promote digitalization and adoption of new tools to streamline C&B and HR administrative practices
    • Handle administrative processes related relocation support, T&A system, retirement pension claims and organizational change updates (e.g., new joiners, transfers)
    • Manage and execute C&B operational processes on a regular cycle, covering monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual activities (e.g., payroll closing, benefit allocation, retirement pension administration, leave monitoring, retirement pension
    • Support effective internal communication of benefit policies, leveraging company tools to optimize messaging
    • Manage employee inquires related to benefits, leave, and C&B programs in a timely and professional manner
    • Assist in planning and executing various HR-driven events and programs including but not limited to onboarding sessions, long service awards, internal campaigns, talent reward program
    • Collaborate with HR leadership and Managers to drive employee engagement and team activation
    • Promote employee activation and participation in company sponsored programs, recognition events, and cultural experience
    • Support effective internal communication and leverage company tools to optimize messaging
    • Supports ways to engage employees and teams as needed
    • Promote employee activation and participation in company sponsored programs (ie Changemakers and social responsibility efforts, employee survey, LMC meeting, company town-hall meeting, etc.)

    [Key Requirements]

    • Minimum of 7 years solid HR experience with strong knowledge of HR and ER management
    • Able to think out of the box and always looking for ways to enhancement and improvement in regards to different processes
    • Strong analytic and strategic thinking, ability to analyze and process qualitative / quantitative data
    • Good written, verbal and presentation skills. Can effectively communicate rationale to senior management
    • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a cross-functional team environment
    • Fluent communication skill both in English and in Korean
