Provides training and development activities to other functions.

    Role Mission

    Responsible for all retail population’s learning & development to enable them to convey the GUCCI Italianity & value and ultimately contribute business growth.

    For this, provide clienteling, service, collection and people related classroom training

    and make sure that all these leanings are properly retained and applied at the store.

    Key Accountabilities

    Training

    • Understand luxury retail business, anticipate challenge to provide relevant training solution in the level of retail excellence.
    • Align regional training priority with Worldwide strategy for synergy.
    • Think Strategically, plan, organize the training based on local needs.
    • Conduct the key classroom training on Collection, selling skill sets, Clienteling and service etc.
    • Develop, modify, and update the training contents relevant to business context.
    • Support and collaborate with Merchandising/Client Engagement/HR/Retail excellence workshop to provide leaning pipeline.
    • Utilize various training approach classroom, digital, coaching etc for efficiency …
    • Identified performance gaps, in a timely manner and provide learning solution for store.
    • Ensure that learning from classroom training is well acquired and implemented in the store.
    • Communicate & work closely with Retail Area Director to provide learning solutions for store.
    • Plan and deliver Instore training based on monthly plan.
    • Coach existing Client Advisors to bridge performance gaps and support business goals.
    • Coach New Client Advisors on Client centric selling ceremony for their successful onboarding.
    • Coach Instore training ambassador and provide TTT (Train The Trainer) for their development.
    • Communicate and liaise with retail training manager to ensure timely delivery & execution of field coaching progress and results.

    Key Requirements

    • Good interpersonal communication skill / English
    • 3–7 years of experience in retail training, preferably within the luxury industry
    • Proficiency in MS office and outlook     
    • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality in learning
    • Diligence and punctuality
    • Digital friendly
