    KERING EYEWEAR Assistant FP&A Manager

    We are currently seeking an Assistant FP&A Manager who will report to FP&A Manager as part of our dynamic finance team in HK.

    How you will contribute

    Financial Analysis and Reporting

    • Prepare monthly financial performance analysis, including variance analysis against budget and forecast, and recommendations to improve performance.
    • Assist in the preparation of regional business review and management presentation materials.
    • Develop FP&A reporting and dashboards to enhance the accuracy, consistency and efficiency of financial data
    • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and support regional finance projects and other management requests as required.

    Regional Controlling

    • Coordinate regional controlling activities and month-end financial checks across APAC, follow up on exceptions identified and work closely with local finance teams and HQ to investigate and resolve issues.
    • Evaluate key process risk and implement prior internal control procedures to enhance operational efficiency

    Regional Planning & Forecasting

    • Support and coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting across APAC markets
    • Coordinate and consolidate management reporting package submission for all APAC markets
    • Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial assumptions across markets

    Business Partnering

    • Act as a key contact for local finance teams on finance-related issues, including accounting, reporting, system and mapping matters; investigate root causes and coordinate with relevant parties to drive issues through to resolution.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, with a recognized professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FP&A, management accounting, financial analysis or related finance functions.
    • Strong accounting knowledge with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership.
    • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good PowerPoint skills.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP, BPC, HFM and Power BI would be an advantage.
