    QEELIN Senior Product Manager

    The Senior Product Manager within the Product Marketing Department will responsible for contributing to the growth of the Jewelry & Fine Jewelry business. Reporting to the International Head of Product, this role manages collection development and launch, analyzes performance, and liaises with key business areas including Design, Product Development, Communication, Merchandising, Training, and Visual Merchandising. The position also involves co-managing an intern.

    Product

    • Draft and present collection briefs based on in-depth analysis of collections and sales data.
    • Monitor the development and production of items by reviewing quotations, optimizing margins, and managing costs in coordination with the Product Development team.
    • Prepare for and lead weekly Product Management meetings with your teammates to discuss product development follow-ups and action plans.
    • Handle referencing, pricing, and packshot photography for the collections under your responsibility.
    • Monitor the delivery schedule in partnership with the Product Development team.
    • Manage the product environment in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
    • Oversee legal aspects, such as name registrations and competitive compliance, in consultation with legal counsel.
    • Conduct competitive benchmarking.

    Launch

    • Develop Product News for each launch, including product information, storytelling, and key selling points in collaboration with the Communication team.
    • Prepare for launches by coordinating with various departments (Training, Merchandising, Marketing, Communications, Retail, etc.) to ensure optimal execution.
    • Participate in the development of communication assets by liaising with the Communication team regarding product availability and creating briefs for craftsmanship photo shoots.
    • Organize collection previews.
    • Contribute to the success of customer events by providing expertise in the collections, coordinating with the Merchandising, Visual Merchandising, Communication, and Retail teams before and during the events.

    Strategic Marketing

    • Develop the Annual Product Plan in collaboration with the International Head of Product.
    • Work closely with the Merchandising team on Product Lifecycle Management.
    • Liaise with Finance and Merchandising teams for the annual price review.
