About us Cristóbal Balenciaga founded the House in 1917 in his home of Spain. In 1937, he established the brand in Paris, designing its collections there until 1968. Cristóbal Balenciaga had a reputation as a couturier of uncompromising standards and was referred to as "the master of us all" by Christian Dior and as “The Couturier of the Couturiers” by Gabrielle Chanel. The ultra-modern shapes were trademarks of the house. While the brand’s identity is firmly rooted in its highly conceptual prêt-à-porter collections, its leather goods, footwear, and accessories experience worldwide success as well. Among the archetypal products of the House are its handbag collections. A new focus on the development of Balenciaga ready-to-wear collections for men was quickly established as highly successful. Since October 2015, Demna Gvasalia has designed both men’s and women’s collections as the artistic director. The Balenciaga House, part of the Kering group since 2001, is one of the most influential names in fashion. We are currently seeking a Retail Assistant who will report to the Head of Retail.

How you will contribute


1.1 Environmental report to Global CSR team 

1.2 Allocate (SOPEDI) to finance

1.3 Competitor report

1.4 Weekly report data / distance sales report


2.1 Preparation new joiner(&exit staff ) uniform, name tag, work phone 

2.2 Packaging order

2.3 Checked and counted the quantity of uniform order / arrange delivery to store

2.4 Store stationery miscellaneous order (SOPEDI, drink service, sales memo...) 

2.5 Store maintenance / overnight security arrangement

2.6 Staff purchase management 

2.7 LUCE account create / account transfer / system issue 

2.8 Defective sales coordinator

2.9 LL contact list update

2.10 Arrange cleaning schedule for store

2.11 OP meeting arrangement and meeting minutes to share

2.12 OP related Vendor sourcing



1.1 Retail meeting report raw data (Clienteling part)

1.2 SMS report to finance 

1.3 Monthly Client Raw Data to store team 

1.4 Post Event Report Preparation

1.5 Download Client Dashboard report by store and share to store team. To Bonnie Quarterly.

1.6 SMS/ LL invitation name list raw data preparation & send to store

1.7 Ad-Hoc clienteling report related 

Event/ VIC treatment

2.1 Sourcing vendors and support CRM team for logistics related 

2.2 Event Tools preparation related and arrangement to store / vendor / logistic

2.3 Email Event Appointment Sheet to stores and remind stores weekly update

2.4 Order Birthday gifts for top clients and occasional gifts  

2.6 Support the remote order project and consolidation order form from store team. Willing to support order in color by request

2.7 Client Engagement Meeting Arrangement and send meeting minutes 

2.8 Fashion Show Invitation & VIC gifting arrangement 

2.9 Record of every event/gifting expense and send monthly accrual list to Finance team 

2.10 Ad-Hoc clienteling event, gifting, special project support by HQ request  


1.1 Vendor creation / payment request (office & store)

1.2 Contract signing process

1.3 Receiving and sending mails / package 

1.4 Contact list update

1.5 Arrange cleaning schedule for office 

1.6 Office supplies order

1.7 Team building / outing / annual dinner coordinator

Who you are

·         Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

·         Good PC skills such as MS Office and other digital tools
