We are currently seeking a Senior Communication Executive who will report to Communication Manager as part of our dynamic team in China.
ROLE
You will contribute to strengthen the brand image with creative communication approach, to consistently bring the brand value and drive brand influence cross all channels of communication and partners and to support the communication team, well execute all press, media & special projects’ activities.
MISSION
To support the Communication manager, update the publicity plan by collection and projects
To execute all editorial special projects with media partner and PR retainer agency
To build and maintain key media relations
Develop the Chinese press release and update media list and coordinate with HQ press team for e-card release
To develop the press coverages with PR retainer team’s support and bring qualitative report for global share
Develop the press sample and share routine coordination with VIP & KOL’s inquiries
Collect monthly press clippings, magazine copies to HQ press office
Conduct all press related expense process & budget update
To support communication manager and update the print advertising plan on monthly base
Coordinate with HQ media team and media agency for materials delivery
Collect monthly media magazine copies to HQ media team
Coordinate with media agency and HQ media team for print ad payment process
Support communication manager to coordinate with media agency for plan update
Coordinate with HQ media team and media agency for material request and on-time delivery
Deliver immediate outdoor evaluation report to HQ media team
Supervise the market best and innovation practice and develop report for team share
Update the full year mall outdoor plan, with network and new store opening, coordinating with retail team
Coordinate with malls’ outdoor team for booking process and material delivery process with HQ media team
Supervise the outdoor production agency for high quality material and installation on time
Deliver the monthly mall outdoor report with traffic evaluation
Coordinate with media agency to share and file-in the monthly competitor’s outdoor practice report
Support each native story’s creative development with coordination of external partners and internal functions)
Coordinate with HQ press team for the shooting plan proposal validation
Supervise the shooting on stie / seamless for each native story
Share assets with cross functions’ content plan and release on time
Control the related budget & expense and contract process
Deliver the project report
Support the Global communication team’s special projects’ china landing execution
Coordinate with external partners for content develop, contract and finance process
Coordinate with internal functions to bring the project’s 360 approach execution
Deliver the post project report with 360 kpi update
Coach the team intern’s on-board training and make sure the team’s performance standard process and supervise the result
Team-work with cross functions, to conduct the 360 approach and work flow smoothly and efficiently
PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree and above
Will be plus if PR/Marketing/Communication or any other related discipline
3+ years working experience in related industry
Must demonstrate exceptional computer skills and software application proficiency such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word, China Word Processing and photoshop (not top priority, but ideal)
Good written and conversational English
Communication skills and logic thinking
