Job description
Context of the Internship
Within the Global Client Data department, the Global Client Data Analyst Intern supports Global CRM analytics, performance monitoring, and cross-functional projects related to client data and engagement. The role contributes to the coordination of CRM initiatives, business analysis, and reporting to support the client-centric strategy and drive client engagement and retention across Balenciaga.
Objectives of the Internship
Project Management & Coordination
Support the planning and execution of client data and CRM projects in alignment with brand priorities.
Coordination with the Clienteling and Client Engagement teams to activate clienteling initiatives, track and report performance, and ensure effective client engagement with targeted clients.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (VIC, direct marketing, media, ecom, merchandising, marketing...) and regional teams to ensure timely delivery, performance debrief and adoption of initiatives.
Act as a liaison between HQ and stakeholders, manage timeline, tracking progress and preparing project presentations and documentation.
Business Insights & Monitoring
Analyse client trend with purchasing behavior and produce recurring and ad-hoc reports (monthly reports, campaign, collection launch or product performance).
Monitor marketing activations and evaluate client impact using internal dashboards and BI tools.
Translate data into clear business insights and recommendations
Training & Tool Adoption
Assist with onboarding users to client data and CRM tools through training materials, guides, and workshops.
Provide first-level user support and collect feedback to improve tools and processes.
Contribute to driving consistent adoption across regions.
Profile Sought
Education: Master’s student or experience in Business Analytics or Marketing with an interest in CRM strategies.
Business & Data Orientation: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data insights to business strategy.
Project Management & Organization: Highly organized and adaptable, with solid project management and coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the luxury sector and client-centric approaches; retail and CRM knowledge is a plus.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills in an international environment.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) required.
Languages: Fluent English; French is a plus.
Mindset: Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented, with interest in fashion and client experience.
