We are currently seeking an Application Solutions Design & Delivery Manager, based in Montebello Vicentino (VI), who will be part of our dynamic team.
The Application Solutions Design & Delivery Manager will be responsible for analyzing the business domain and optimizing overall Industrial&Corporate performance through technology applications, hence providing the translation of business requirements into end-to-end IT solutions. He will oversee management and delivery of ICT solutions implementation projects, with the final objective to support business in achieving long-term operational efficiency, thus ensuring the integration of new applications as well as of existing ones into a wider ICT infrastructure.
How you will contribute?
Support Digital Transformation, identifying areas for improvement in business processes;
Examine and interpret business requirements or change requests on existing application and define solution intent, in compliance with technical architecture;
Contribute to budget definition of the project portfolio and operate within the budgetary framework to validate the financial impact of design decisions;
Organize, coordinate and lead the project team, contributing to project progresses supervision alongside with team members growth and development;
Identify and put in place processes and best practices for risk prevention, mitigation and management, both in terms of new solutions design risks and existing applications management
Manage conflict escalation, negotiations aimed to the normalization and to the recovery of critical, predictable / expected (or not) events
Who you are?
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Engineering or related fields
10 years of ICT experiences in manufacturing companies, preferably in luxury/fashion industry
Excellent knowledge of Stealth 400 and Stealth 3000 suites.
Excellent knowledge of production management, i.e. materials&FP inbound and outbound, production launches, costing/sales pricelists, WMS, cost controlling, PLM, MRP/MPS, product master data (BoMs&BoLs)
Proficient ability to work collaboratively with others; conduct good working relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to lead a team of skilled professionals
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
Able to execute tasks in a very dynamic and constantly-growing environment
Ready to travel, domestic or international, as required
Fluent in Italian and English.
