    We are currently seeking a Client Development Ambassador who will report to the Store Director as part of our dynamic team in Milan Sant’Andrea Store.

    Role Mission

    As a Client Development Ambassador, you will play a key role in building and retaining strong relationships with high-spending clients while driving clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the CRM team. In addition to regular Client Advisor activities, you will focus on increasing the number of VICs in the database, ensuring their engagement through personalized service strategies and seamless OMNI-channel experiences.

    Key Accountabilities

    SALES AND CLIENT EXPERIENCE

    • Achieve Sales Targets: Strive to meet and exceed sales goals in alignment with company strategy.
    • Time Management: Efficiently manage time to complete tasks and responsibilities.
    • Brand Representation: Uphold and embody the Bottega Veneta brand image in all interactions
    • Engaging Service: Deliver an exceptional and emotional client experience, adhering to Bottega Veneta's Client Journey standards.
    • Client Information Management: Collect and update client data to optimize CRM usage.
    • Clienteling Culture: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, embracing the clienteling culture.

    STYLING AND STORE OPERATIONS

    • Luxury and Trends: Possess a deep understanding of luxury, collections, and current fashion trends.
    • Silhouettes and Alternatives: Work with silhouettes and suggest alternative items to enhance client discovery of the collection.
    • Confident Styling Advice: Provide confident styling advice, reflecting the brand's creative vision.
    • Stock Management: Maintain organized stock, monitor deliveries and availability, and promptly communicate out-of-stock items and other relevant information.
    • Policy Adherence: Apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines consistently.

    CLIENTELING​

    • Clienteling Tools Expertise: Act as the go-to expert for company’s internal tools, ensuring correct and consistent usage across the team.​
    • Clienteling tools Promotion: Promote awareness and effective use of all available clienteling and data collection tools.​
    • Client Outreach Execution: ensure regular and personalized client outreach through private appointments and tailored interactions.​
    • Clienteling Onboarding: Onboard new team members with a strong focus on clienteling best practices.​
    • Encourage the adoption of the brand’s clienteling strategy across all team members.​
    • ​Client-First Culture Enablement: Foster a client-first culture by embedding clienteling into daily routines.​
    • In-Store Event Support: Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of in-store events in collaboration with the Store Director and Local Client Development Manager.

    DATA UNDERSTANDING AND DATA COLLECTION​

    • ​CRM Analysis & Action Planning: Support the Store Director in analyzing CRM and clienteling reports to extract insights and define actionable plans that enhance client engagement and sales performance.​
    • ​Collaboration with CDM: Partner with the Local Client Development Manager (CDM) to align on local business priorities, including new client acquisition, increased client spend, and improved retention.​
    • ​Client Targeting & Engagement: Identify high-potential clients for status upgrades and personalized engagement strategies to drive loyalty and conversion.​
    • ​Data Quality Assurance: Ensure complete, accurate, and high-quality client data collection in collaboration with the Store Director and CDM, enabling effective clienteling and business insights.​
    • ​Team Training & Support: Train and support the store team in maintaining data accuracy and quality, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in client data management.

    Who you are?

    • Previous experience of 2+ years in a similar role within Fashion & Luxury
    • Strong clienteling mindset and proven ability to build and develop a client portfolio
    • Excellent client service attitude with a strong omnichannel approach
    • Strong understanding of CRM tools and client development activities
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Team player with the ability to influence and engage colleagues
    • Organized, proactive and detail oriented
    • Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
    • Fluent in English and Italian

    What we offer:

    CCNL: National Collective Labour Agreement per i Dipendenti di Aziende del Terziario, della Distribuzione e dei Servizi 

    Indicative Starting Salary: 29.000 €

    Eligibility to sales incentives as per company policy
