    We are looking for a CRM Campaign Intern to join our team in Milan.

    We are currently seeking a CRM Campaign Intern who will report to the Global Campaign Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

    The CRM Campaign Intern works within the Retail Experience Department and is responsible for the day-to-day hands-on execution of the CRM one-to-many contact strategy, involving newsletters, mobile marketing and client journeys.

    How will you contribute?

    • Support with campaign implementation and execution across multiple CRM channels and touchpoints
    • Act as conduct between internal and external stakeholders to arrange campaign content (incl. creative assets, links, copy, translations, product proposals, proof-reading)
    • Brief the external agency and perform tests to ensure precision in campaigns implementation
    • Support the implementation and the seasonal recurring updates of customer journeys
    • Assist and coordinate the requests of local campaigns from the regions
    • Make sure that each campaign is well documented
    • Monitor the campaign performance, developing dedicated reports, uncover valuable insights from data and propose campaign enhancements/optimizations
    • Support on the planning and coordination of the campaign calendar
    • Monitor the calendar and campaign contents of the competition doing dedicated benchmarking qualitative analysis

    Who are you?

    • Eligible for a 6-months curricular internship
    • Degree in a related discipline is desirable (for instance Marketing Management, Business Management, Economics, Fashion Business, Management Engineering…)
    • Fluent in English, Italian spoken is a plus
    • Proficient and confident in Excel and PowerPoint
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to details
    • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
    • Deep knowledge or previous experience within the luxury/fashion industry (CRM, marketing, digital or retail are preferable)
    • Passion for the luxury/fashion industry
