We are currently seeking a HR Cost Controlling & HRIS Intern as part of our dynamic team in Milan.
How you will contribute:
HR Cost Controlling
- Collaborating with the HR controlling Team for all the topics concerning personnel costs and budget activities
- Supporting the HR controlling Team to perform the HR cost plan, forecast and budget and managing the monthly closure validation and variances analysis (actual vs forecast/budget)
- Supporting the HR controlling Team to deliver timely and accurate monthly personnel cost reports, providing structured feedback on main topics and trends
- Uploading monthly data and maintaining the 100% accuracy of HR systems data through monthly checks
- Supporting on new projects (i.e. new commissions tool)
HRIS
- Support HRIS (Human Resources Information System) activities on WORKDAY:
- New projects with the Group linked to Workday
- Work with HR partner on the day-by-day activities of employees’ lifecycle processes (update organization, positions mapping, compensation)
- Training support
- Data consistency check in Workday
Who you are:
- Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration
- Proficient in MS office, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to details & analytical ability
- Strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus
