    We are currently seeking a Store Manager who will report to the Retail Director Emea as part of our dynamic team in Harrods.

    Your opportunity

    You will drive sales implementation with concrete actions and according to the Retail Excellence guidelines the company strategy; being the Brand Ambassador. You will inspire and develop the team to successfully reach quantitative and qualitative targets providing a unique in-store experience.

    How you will contribute

    • Translate business targets into clear weekly and daily individual objectives, ensuring continuous monitoring of performance against KPIs and driving accountability across the team. Identify and implement targeted initiatives to capitalize on business opportunities, including events, specific training sessions, sales-driving activities, and effective team deployment.
    • Developing the Bespoke business by driving team engagement, strengthening product expertise, and implementing targeted actions to grow sales performance and client conversion within the MTM category.
    • Managing and nurturing strategic relationships with key Harrods stakeholders, ensuring strong collaboration, alignment of business priorities, and seamless execution of commercial and operational initiatives within the store environment.
    • Ensure the effective execution of onboarding programs for new hires, facilitating their integration into the business. Delivering ongoing in-store training aligned with company guidelines, with a strong focus on brand representation and product knowledge excellence.
    • Foster a client-centric culture by developing and implementing effective clienteling strategies. Drive client loyalty and retention through proactive engagement, leveraging all available tools (e.g. client book, performance metrics).
    • Monitor team performance and behaviors consistently, providing regular feedback and coaching. Develop tailored individual development plans and conduct structured monthly follow-ups to support growth and performance improvement.
    • Planning and scheduling the team and staff resources, according to the coverage of the floor.
    • Oversee stock management processes to ensure optimal availability and rotation, supporting sales performance while minimizing inefficiencies.
    • Manage store operational activities (e.g. logistics, couriers, alterations, store maintenance) ensuring efficiency, cost control, and effective use of time and resources.

    Who you are

    • Bachelor Degree
    • At least 5 years in managerial position in luxury boutiques
    • Knowledge of high-end fashion field and current fashion trends
    • Fluent in English

    What we offer?

    Compensation: starting at 50k-60k £ based on experience.
