DODO Social Media Internship

Role Purpose

In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels and growing our online community. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and brand storytelling.

What would you learn

• Social Media Management: Planning, creating, and maintaining the social media editorial calendar, in partner with internal teams to align social media activities with wider company launches, campaigns, and events.
• Content Creation: Assist in brainstorming, writing, and scheduling daily posts across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook).
• Community Management: Monitor direct messages, comments, and mentions. Engage with followers to build a loyal community.
• Trend Research: Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, viral audio, and cultural moments.
• Analytics & Reporting: Help track the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.

How can you contribute

• Experience: Master’s degree in Fashion, Communications, Art, or Management.
• Soft Skills: Deeply passionate about internet culture, viral trends, and emerging platforms, with a natural ability to spot what is "next" before it goes mainstream. Driven by a strong sense of curiosity, self-motivated and ready to pitch creative, out-of-the-box ideas based on fresh insights and real-time social listening.
• Languages: Fluent in English; Italian is a plus. Additional languages are considered an asset.
