Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, the Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Partner will support the delivery of key Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and Early Careers activities
The role will manage recruitment projects, contribute to talent attraction initiatives and help ensure a consistent candidate experience across department. Working closely with HR teams, hiring managers, universities and external partners, the position will play an active role in supporting Gucci's talent agenda during the maternity cover period.
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across functions and regions.
- Partner with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment activities.
- Source, assess and engage candidates through various channels.
- Contribute to talent mapping and pipeline building initiatives.
2. Employer Branding & Talent Attraction
- Support the implementation of employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Contribute to recruitment marketing activities, talent events and storytelling projects.
- Ensure consistency across candidate touchpoints and recruitment communications.
3. Early Careers & University Relations
- Support relationships with universities, business schools and other academic partners.
- Coordinate campus events, internship recruitment and early careers activities.
- Contribute to the promotion of Gucci among students and young talent communities.
- 3/5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or related HR areas.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in an international environment.
- Exposure to Employer Branding, campus recruitment or talent attraction initiatives is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
- Fluent English.
- Gross Annual Salary: 36000€ (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).
