    GUCCI Industrial Security Manager

The Industrial Security Manager is responsible for defining, implementing and overseeing the Security program across Gucci's entire industrial perimeter, ensuring the protection of people, company assets, information and manufacturing operations. The role operates across industrial and logistics sites located throughout Italy where Gucci carries out its manufacturing activities, ensuring the consistent application of company Security standards, the mitigation of operational risks and the protection of company assets across the entire value chain. Reporting directly to the Global Security Director, the Industrial Security Manager serves as the primary point of reference for all Security-related matters within Industrial Operations, partnering with site management and key business functions to foster a security culture, prevent losses and ensure business continuity.

    Security Strategy & Governance

    • Implement Gucci’s Industrial Security and Anti-Fraud strategy across the industrial perimeter and related supply chain, ensuring alignment with Group global standards.
    • Ensure the adoption and compliance with company Security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Monitor key Security and loss prevention KPIs, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and corrective actions.
    • Provide regular updates, risk analyses, and recommendations to the Global Security Director and company management.

    Risk Management & Antifraud

    • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to physical security, asset protection, fraud, and internal and external threats, with a particular focus on raw material and finished goods inventories, as well as the related manufacturing, transportation, and distribution processes.
    • Lead initiatives aimed at preventing and reducing inventory and production losses by identifying indicators of anomalous activity, in coordination with the Fraud Analytics & Control function, and investigating related patterns.
    • Coordinate investigations involving theft, fraud, policy violations, and other loss events occurring within Gucci’s industrial perimeter.
    • Partner with relevant business functions to develop improvement plans and preventive actions.

    Industrial Security Operations

    • Ensure the proper functioning and adequacy of physical security systems, including access control, CCTV, intrusion detection systems, and perimeter protection solutions, ensuring their consistent and effective management by the Brand Security Control Tower.
    • Define and oversee projects related to the implementation, upgrade, and enhancement of security infrastructures across industrial sites, ensuring solutions that drive both efficiency and innovation.
    • Ensure compliance with minimum Security standards across manufacturing sites, logistics facilities, and offices supporting industrial activities, in alignment with Brand construction standards and compliance requirements.
    • Coordinate audits, assessments, and periodic reviews of industrial processes relevant to asset protection and Security systems.

    Stakeholder & Vendor Management

    • Collaborate with Industrial Site Managers, Supply Chain, Logistics, R&D, Finance & Controlling, Cybersecurity, Facility Management, Health & Safety, and other relevant business functions.
    • Manage relationships with security service providers and external partners, monitoring performance, SLAs, and KPIs.
    • Contribute to the selection, evaluation, and renewal processes of Security vendors in accordance with Brand and Group policies.

    Investigations & Compliance

    • Coordinate and oversee investigative activities, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable regulations.
    • Support liaison and operational coordination activities with relevant authorities and law enforcement agencies when necessary.
    • Ensure proper documentation and reporting of incidents and investigations through the incident and case reporting/management tools adopted by Gucci Industrial Security and/or the Group.
    • Promote Security best practices and continuous process improvement while fostering employee awareness, engagement, and active participation in operational controls within the industrial environment.

    Leadership & Continuous Improvement

    • Directly manage the Gucci Industrial Security team, serving as the point of reference for Brand production and logistics Security areas.
    • Functionally coordinate security service providers operating across industrial sites.
    • Foster a culture of security awareness and accountability within Industrial Operations.
    • Support the Global Security Director in defining Security function priorities and development plans.
    • Ensure availability for frequent domestic business travel and, when required, international travel.

    Required Competencies

    • Strong knowledge of Corporate Security, Industrial Security, and Anti-Fraud principles.

    • Advanced knowledge of key IT tools; SAP is considered a plus, as is experience with other warehouse management ERPs or transportation management systems (TMS).
    • Knowledge of Security certification processes, including AEO authorizations or TAPA certifications, is considered a plus.

    Experience & Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Risk Management, Law, or an equivalent academic background in Economics, Business, or Engineering.
    • At least 8–10 years of experience in Security, Anti-Fraud, Risk Management, and Investigations, preferably gained within multinational industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
    • Experience managing Security programs across multiple operational sites; international/multi-country experience is considered a plus.
    • Proven experience conducting investigations and managing operational risks.
    • Experience managing security vendors and security services.
    • Professional Security and Anti-Fraud certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP, CFE, or equivalent) are considered a plus.

    Salary Package

    • Gross Annual Salary: 70.000 € (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).
