The Retail Facilities Coordinator is responsible to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities so that they meet both safety and health standards as well as country-specific legal requirements. You will support the local store teams in assuring secure working places, as well as store planning and providing necessary materials for day-to-day operations.
This is a full-time position with a start date as soon as possible.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsibility for technical maintenance and day-to- day stores operations (this includes, but is not limited to: fire protection, elevator maintenance, cleaning and hygiene maintenance
- Responsibility for all health and safety topics across all stores, both in-store incidents and collaboration with external contractors
- Responsibility for facilities materials, stationery, tailor equipment repair and renewal when necessary
- Coordination, planning and follow- up of projects and new store openings
- Leading and executing sustainability projects
- Budget planning, tracking and control
- Close collaboration with local store teams as well as Gucci HQ Team
Requirements:
Functional
We think you would be a great match for the position if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing facilities/previous experience as facility manager in an international, preferably retail organization
- Business fluent in Italian and English
- Excellent organization and people management skills
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment with excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of the luxury market
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and ability to read technical drawings / DWG files (floor plans, store layouts, project documentation)
- knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) systems
- Knowledge of local health & safety regulations considered a plus
- Familiarity with facility management software and ticketing systems
- Strong command of MS Office
- Proven experience in managing external vendors and contractors
- Technical background (engineering, architecture or building services) preferred
- project management skills to coordinate small projects/shop modifications
- Flexibility to travel
Salary Package:
- Gross Annual Salary: 40.000,00€ (unless otherwise agreed, in the event of a positive outcome of the selection process, should specific levels of experience and autonomy and/or particular competencies emerge during the selection process, based on objective criteria).

- Bonuses and Commissions: Annual Target Bonus as per company policies and regulations in force from time to time, up to 14% of the Gross Annual Salary.
