We are looking for a Team Manager to join our leadership team in London Selfridges on a permanent contract. You will lead a sales team from the shopfloor to achieve business and product category goals. You will develop and grow the talent within your team.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead and inspire a team of Client Advisors on the shopfloor to ensure exceptional service is delivered
- Monitor the performance of the assigned product categories and proactively propose action plans to reach the business targets
- Lead the execution of Clienteling activities with your team, developing actions to activate, retain and develop a client base
- Participate in recruiting and developing a high performing team
- Provide support and regular feedback to Client Advisors and manage their performance ensuring their development is ongoing and their motivation and sense of belonging are high
- Partner with the Store Director and the Training team to ensure Client Advisors develop full product and customer service knowledge, while ensuring they are aware of market trends and competitors
- Partner with the Store Director/Manager and Human Resources on employee relations issues to ensure effective resolution
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Team/Department Manager within the Fashion Luxury industry
- Proven ability to drive results and devise action plans
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
