Your opportunity
You will work collaboratively within the Finance Shared Services department to support P2P / accounts payable function. You will be in charge of supporting the daily and monthly accounting workflow and analysis, managing the accounting of our luxury brands.
How you will contribute
- Supervising the department day-to-day activities and reports
- Managing third party and intercompany invoices, including the payment process
- Supporting daily accounting duty and performing ad hoc assignment from time to time
- Monitoring intercompany interface and intercompany monthly reconciliations; managing bank reconciliations
- Preparing fiscal declaration required, collaborating with local consultant
- Managing month-end journal entries and effective completion of tasks on Blackline
- Maintaining the accounts payable documentation archive
- Being the key person for payable flow and other relevant information for auditors
- Effectively communicating with store network
Who you are
- High school graduate (a university degree in economics will be considered a plus)
- Accountant with a former experience at least in a similar role; any experience in supporting retail / luxury retail business within a finance function would be a plus
- Effective and positive team player with excellent communication skills and agile, collaborative and inclusive approach
- Proactive detail-oriented person, able to regularly meet challenging deadlines and handle a high volume of tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel especially (working knowledge of AS400 will be a plus)
- Fluent both in English and Italian
