KERING Cybersecurity Engineer

We are currently looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team.

Your opportunity

Reporting directly to the Gucci CISO & Kering Deputy Group CISO, you will contribute to cybersecurity operations for directly working alongside experienced security professionals and in close collaboration with Tech teams, and corporate security functions. This is a hands-on cybersecurity role where you'll contribute to security capabilities across all domains – from governance and compliance to detection and response – while supporting the group's digital transformation and protecting the reputation of our iconic brand.

How you will contribute

Manage and support project managers (IT and/or other departments) on the security aspects of projects.

Participate in the development and evolution of the CTI platforms.

Contribute to main technical security programs in coordination with the Cybersecurity transformation program.

Provide and propose tactical, operational or strategic reports on the Cyber threat landscape to the group and its homes.

Carry out and industrialize IT remediations activities.

Participate in the analysis of security incidents and manage their resolution, including crisis management in the event of a major incident.

Participate in vulnerability management in synergy with the vulnerability manager.

Support the Risk Assessment process as referent on secure architecture.

Manage various projects for the evolution and continuous improvement of Kering Cybersecurity, whether on the organizational, human, technical or process aspects.

Participate in internal and external audits and follow-up of associated action plans.

Who you are

Ideally, you hold a Master’s degree or an engineering degree, with a specialization in cybersecurity, systems, networks, or software development. You have significant experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or security engineering. Experience working within an operational cybersecurity department or contributing to cybersecurity transformation program, would be a strong advantage.

From a technical standpoint, you master the fundamentals:

Good knowledge of the main technology and cybersecurity solutions, including EDR\XDR, SIEM, Deception, ASM & Asset Inventory, IPS/Firewalling and ability to develop novel integrations.

Expertise in drawing insights from structured and unstructured information.

Strong understanding of networks, protocols, assets/devices, and engineering of those solutions.

Strong understanding of key cyber security controls that should be implemented within IT/OT environments.

Proven experience in technical security development or hands-on experience on several security solutions.

On the human side, you identify with the following qualities:

Passionate about security and curious about technology.

Excellent formalization and writing skills for documentation or presentation materials for the various committees.

Solid organizational and communication skills.

Full proficiency in Italian and English is mandatory.
