KERING EYEWEAR Finance PMO Director

Your opportunity

We are currently seeking for a Finance PMO Director who will be part of the Finance Team, based in Padova Head Quarter, and will directly report to the CFO.

How you will contribute

• Coordinate, in collaboration with the CFO, key projects within the Finance function scope, managing relationships with other corporate functions and Regions to foster a culture of excellence and continuously pursue efficient solutions.
• Lead all project phases related to the Finance function, ensuring adherence to project timelines and the effective integration of information gathered from the various business departments involved.
• Identify and propose the implementation of harmonized processes and procedures to best support the global footprint of the Finance function.
• Ensure that business processes related to Finance Transition projects are consistent, robust, and aligned with the standards defined for the Finance function.
• Act as an ambassador for and promote the "One Company" vision, providing proactive support in the management and execution of related activities.
• Collaborate closely with regional and local Finance teams to ensure a consistent and integrated implementation of the function's strategy through continuous process review and critical assessment.
• Foster collaboration across business functions to maintain an open and constructive dialogue aimed at identifying business growth opportunities, anticipating system and process challenges, and facilitating effective communication to and from the Finance community.
• Coordinate Finance team leaders in identifying and developing training and change management initiatives to ensure a successful Transition.
• Ensure that identified processes and new technological solutions are implemented in compliance with the defined integration requirements.
• Contribute actively to teamwork and support the achievement of established objectives.

Who you are

• At least 7 years of experience in similar roles in international and structured organizations

• Degree in Economics

• Knowledge of SAP

• Strong leadership skills and proactive attitude

• Results driven person

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong organizational and team management skills

• Ability to delegate and motivate the team

• Full proficiency in English.
