    Your opportunity

    We are currently seeking for an Operations Controller focused on IT function, who will be part of the Operations Controlling team, based in Padova Head Quarter, and will report directly to the Operations Controller Coordinator.

    How you will contribute

    • Leading the annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly closing processes related to the IT function.
    • Monitoring and analyzing IT operating expenses, focusing on variances versus budget and forecast, proactively driving actions to ensure the achievement of financial and operational targets.
    • Controlling IT CAPEX projects, ensuring proper capitalization and compliance with accounting policies.
    • Developing and maintaining financial reporting and KPIs for IT performance, cost efficiency and project monitoring.
    • Partnering with IT managers and project leaders to monitor spending against budget and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Supporting the management and addressing “ad hoc” topics where necessary.
    • Coordinating chargeback and IT costs allocation models across business units and legal entities
    • Preparing and proactively participating to the Business Reviews with Middle and Top management.
    • Improving reporting systems and outputs.

    Who you are

    • University Degree in Economics or equivalent
    • 4-5 years work experience
    • Knowledge of cost and general accounting, IFRS principles
    • Experience in preparing, analyzing and discussing budgets, forecasts and planning activities
    • Prior experience in IT cost analysis will be considered a plus.
    • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
    • Proficiency English level
    • Proactivity
    • Excellent attention to detail
    • Good attitude and collaborative approach
    • Good ability to manage priorities and deadlines
    • Hands-on approach and desire to "roll up your sleeves"
