We are currently seeking a People Insights & Analytics Partner as part of the Group HR team based in Milan.

    Your opportunity

    You will play a key role in shaping and evolving People Analytics across Kering, enabling data-driven decision making through high-quality reporting, advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights.

    Acting as the Subject Matter Expert for HR Reporting & Analytics, you will drive the design, development and continuous improvement of reporting and analytics solutions for both Houses and Group HR functions. You will contribute to building a scalable and business-oriented analytics ecosystem, transforming HR data into actionable insights and helping HR teams strengthen their data literacy and analytical capabilities.

    As AI increasingly transforms how organizations generate, interpret and leverage data, you will help accelerate the evolution of HR analytics from descriptive reporting toward predictive and AI-augmented decision support.

    How you will contribute

    • Design, develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and analytics solutions in Workday and Microsoft Power BI, ensuring scalability, automation and alignment with business needs.

    • Partner with HR Domain Owners and stakeholders across Houses and Group functions to translate business requirements into effective, user-centric reporting solutions.

    • Develop cross-functional dashboards combining HR and business data to unlock deeper organizational insights and support strategic decision making.

    • Lead and support advanced analytics initiatives, including predictive and workforce analytics use cases such as attrition modelling and workforce planning.

    • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and emerging analytics capabilities to enhance reporting efficiency, insight generation and decision-making effectiveness.

    • Ensure data quality, consistency and governance across reporting assets, contributing to a trusted and scalable analytics environment.

    • Drive the continuous improvement and standardization of HR reporting and analytics solutions across the organization.

    • Promote data literacy through training, coaching and enablement initiatives, empowering HR teams to confidently interpret and use data.

    • Act as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, fostering a culture of evidence-based decision making and continuous improvement.

    Who you are

    • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or a related field.

    • Significant experience in HR Reporting, People Analytics, Workforce Analytics or Business Intelligence roles.

    • Strong expertise in Workday Reporting and Microsoft Power BI.

    • Proven experience translating business needs into reporting and analytics solutions for senior stakeholders.

    • Solid understanding of HR data, workforce metrics and analytics methodologies.

    • Experience with advanced analytics, predictive modelling or AI-enabled analytics solutions is considered a strong plus.

    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into meaningful business insights.

    • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.

    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international and matrix organization.

    • Fluent in English; Italian is considered a plus.
