POMELLATO Client Advisor Intern - Rome

Your opportunity

We are currently looking for a Client Advisor Intern to be part of our team based in Rome.

How you will contribute

The candidate will contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience by acting as the first point of contact for clients entering the boutique. They will warmly welcome guests, embody the values of the House, and ensure a seamless and personalized client journey throughout the store experience.

Working closely with the Client Advisors, the intern will support sales ceremonies and daily boutique activities, helping create a welcoming, elegant, and service-oriented environment. While not directly responsible for sales, the candidate will have the opportunity to learn about luxury retail, client engagement, storytelling, and selling techniques, gaining valuable exposure to the client experience journey within a high-end retail environment.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and interpersonal sensitivity
• Have a passion for luxury hospitality, client experience, and relationship building
• Maintain a strong focus on understanding and meeting client needs
• Uphold high ethical standards in all interactions
• Show a proactive, service-oriented, and collaborative approach
• Exhibit a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English and XXX; knowledge of additional languages is highly appreciated
• Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is appreciated
