Job Family Description - HR Operations: Acts as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, HR Business Partners and external partners. Provides daily HR activities and administrative support to our employees while conforming to labor laws.

    We are currently seeking an HR Generalist Intern to join our HR team based in Milan. You will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department in various aspects of talent acquisition, people management, and HR administration, for the Sales and Retail EMEA areas.
    This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a luxury industry setting, working with a diverse and talented team.

    How you will contribute:

    • Support the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling

    • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company culture and processes

    • Contribute to the development and documentation of HR processes across the EMEA region

    • Collect and analyze feedback from retail teams related to training, workforce planning, and attendance

    • Manage administrative tasks related to HR operations and employee documentation

    Who you are:

    • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

    • Fluent in Italian and English, additional language knowledge would be considered a plus

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities

    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

    • Proficient in MS Office applications
