Our Mission
We are currently looking for a Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our dynamic Visual Merchandising team based in Milan.
How you will contribute:
Develop the global visual visual merchandising guidelines for all channels, windows, instore launches and special projects.
Manage personalization projects for the regions
Liaise with external suppliers to develop and deliver on time special projects for the regions
Being the key contact of the regions for all VM requests
Attend store openings and refits
Train Retail team to be aware of VM guidelines
Managing the visual updates in store, ensuring these are ordered and implemented correctly in the field
Showroom set-up
Run competitors analysis on a daily basis
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent
At least 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong visual merchandising skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication and writing skills and an interest in/ passion for luxury goods particularly for jewelry
Proficient in Photoshop/Adobe, Microsoft Office ( Autocad would be a plus)
Strong ability to work with teams in a collaborative manner
Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects
Able to work in an international work environment
Fluency in English
