    ROLE

    As the Operations Manager Southern Europe, you will contribute to increasing our stores turnover by ensuring that all processes comply with internal requirements, sustainability and stock organization. You will report to the General Manager Southern Europe, functional line to EMEA Operations.

    MISSION

    • Work with Southern Europe store management and their team supporting their operations day-to-day activities;
    • Ensure the brand policies and procedures are implemented and respected;
    • Monitor the customer service offer to deliver excellent experience and to ensure consistency across all stores;
    • Manage and control the regional stock shrinkage by location, take corrective measures as necessary;
    • Plan, execute, and follow up on omni-channel features rollouts in the region;
    • Prepare and follow-up with monthly/annual inventories in order to ensure a smooth product turn-over and allocation of space;
    • Manage mantainence suppliers and their contracts
    • Lead all the operations activities for new projects such as new openings, relocations, seasonal opening/closure
    • Works with H&S to implement and improve H&S regulations within the Stores

    PROFILE

    • Significant experience of minimum 5 years in retail operations in a fast-paced environment with luxury retail background;
    • Significant experience in managing stock and administrative tasks;
    • Excellent project management skills ;
    • Excellent English skills both written and verbal. Spanish is a plus.
    • MS Office skills; Excel, Word and Power point.
    • Excellent interpersonal and organizational follow up skills
    • Commitment to take part in an innovative project
    • Precision, organizational skills, Being organized and able to prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business
    • High availability, responsiveness
    • Ability and flexibility to travel within Southern Europe (Italy, Spain, Greece and Portugal).
