Role
Under the leadership of the General Manager Southern Europe, with the collaboration of the EMEA training manager, your role is to support the performance of the local market (Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece) developing the retail teams’ skills and tools through training programs aligned with the brand vision and local needs.
You oversee the execution of the Saint Laurent client experience and its evaluation, the selling skills of client advisors, the onboarding journey of newcomers, the roll out of product training initiatives and you support the digital and omnichannel transformation of the business.
Your working time is 80% in stores, including frequent travel.
