    SUMMARY 

    The Talent and Learning Partner supports key initiatives across Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Learning to enhance employee growth and organizational success. This role assists with the coordination and delivery of regional development programs and talent processes. Responsibilities include managing logistics, tracking budgets, coordinating vendors, and facilitating training sessions, while partnering with the Kering Group Houses to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and employees. This position is ideal for someone passionate about building talent pipelines, fostering learning, and supporting a culture of development. 

    HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE 

    Your invaluable contributions will be found in how you: 

    • Support Program Execution: Assist in the coordination and deployment of learning and talent initiatives, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery. 

    • Coordinate Cross-Functional Activities: Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery of initiatives. 

    • Manage Logistics: Organize schedules, venues, materials, and technology for programs and events. 

    • Vendor Management: Support vendor management by handling communications, scheduling, and ensuring deliverables meet expectations. 

    • Budget Tracking: Assist with monitoring program budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance. 

    • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas to improve existing processes and help implement new workflows for program delivery. 

    • Communication Support: Partner with internal teams to prepare communications and resources that promote learning initiatives and engage employees. 

    • Training Facilitation: Co-facilitate or support training sessions and workshops, ensuring a positive participant experience. 

    • Reporting & Evaluation: Collect feedback and assist in analyzing program effectiveness to recommend improvements. 

     

    WHO YOU ARE 

    • 1–2 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, or related field. 

    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities. 

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively. 

    • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. 

    • Comfortable working with budgets and basic project coordination. 

    • Familiarity with HR systems, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and virtual training platforms is a plus. 

    • Passionate about employee development and creating engaging experiences. 

     

    SKILLS 

    • Project Coordination: Ability to manage timelines, logistics, and resources effectively.  

    • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.  

    • Problem Solving: Analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.

    • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of HR systems, LMS platforms, virtual training tools, and MS Office Suite.  

    • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
