BALENCIAGA - RTW & SHOES Merchandiser

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Merchandising Manager in planning and executing merchandising activities for RTW & Shoes category (Men’s or Women’s).
• Plan and execute seasonal issues, including launch, mark-downs, stock transfer, etc.
• Manage inventory, delivery and re-order situation to ensure a healthy and appropriate mix and stock level is maintained.
• Compose relative sales report and analysis
• Monitor sales and sell-through situation and initiate appropriate business strategies to liquidate stock to achieve sales target.
• Work closely with internal/external stake holders to promote business opportunities and ideas.
• Conduct extensive market research and analysis.
• Provide seasonal product training and fashion trend information to the front-line staff.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Strong understanding and passion for Balenciaga, and good communication skills with the team
• Business level English skill is required (writing/speaking)
• Minimum 3 years relevant experiences in merchandising/buying in the fashion industry, international luxury retail companies and RTW category experience is a must, SHOES experience would be preferred
• Proficient Excel and system skills
• Good analytical skills for sales monitoring

• External: Kering Logistics, Local warehouse

How you work

・勤務日：原則週5日

・始業・就業の時刻：9時30分～18時00分

フレックスタイム制を適用。コアタイム11時00分から15時00分、休憩時間：コアタイム内の60分

・休日 ：土、日、祝祭日、年末年始休日（12月30日～1月3日）

・有給休暇（10〜20 日／年間）

・慶弔休暇 ／ 産前産後休業 ／ 育児・介護休業等
