Provides specialised guidance or support to our managers and employees. Assists in day-to-day office requirements. Manages our company’s general administrative activities.
Sub-Job Family Description - Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant:
Provides office administrative support for a middle to upper-level management position.
Be responsible for related processes to support the business by ensuring all operational and administrative tasks assigned are performed efficiently.
Ensure store daily operational supplies are fulfilled and optimized by organizing the orders in regular basis and ensure cost expenses and inventory are recorded efficiently and effectively. Be excellent communicator with corporate office, stores, various departments and vendors. Support Retail Operations including Shanghai head office and area operations team.
