    Job Family Group Description - Sales: This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description - Retail Selling: Represents the brand to clients. Guides them at every stage of the buying journey. Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends. Speciality Description - Client Advisor: Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. Follows company values as the visible face of the brand. Contributes to reaching sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. There are specific Jewelry Client Advisor Job Profiles for roles selling jewelry and watches.

    イタリア・ミラノのアトリエで熟練した職人により制作されるNudo, Iconicaなどを代表としたジュエリーの魅力をお客様に伝え、体感いただき、お客様のコーディネートを彩るお手伝いをする仕事お任せいたします。

    •お客様のご要望に合わせたカラーストーン、ジュエリーなどの商品のご提案・説明等の接客および販売
    •百貨店または店舗における日次オペレーション（開店/閉店準備、レジ、商品/備品等の発注・在庫管理、棚卸）の実施
    • 商品、季節に応じた商品ディスプレイの変更
    • お客様情報の管理、新商品・イベント等のご案内作成・発送
    • 上記にかかわるその他オペレーション、事務等

    Requirement（必須スキル・経験）


    •ラグジュアリーブランド、化粧品、カーディラー、不動産などの個人顧客への提案・対面販売の経験（3年以上）。百貨店における外商販売経験あれば尚可。
    • お客様の潜在ニーズを把握し、商品のご提案、販売をした経験（3年以上）
    • お客様と安定的な関係構築をし、売上目標を達成や店舗に貢献した経験のある方
    • ジュエリー業界での接客、販売経験またはジュエリーの知識、経験あれば尚可。
