BALENCIAGA – Celebrity Dressing Coordinator (F/M)

Your opportunity

As a Celebrity Dressing Coordinator for Balenciaga, based in Paris and reporting into the VIP Project Manager, you will play a vital role contributing to all the VIP, Influencers and Celebrity Relations. You will help us in supporting the brand vision, dressing and product placement opportunities, digital content and physical events. You will also help develop our network and assist with stylist relationships

How you will contribute
 

As a Celebrity Dressing Coordinator, you would be involved in the following activities:
 

Support Celebrity Dressing Activities

• Support the coordination of celebrity dressing requests across international events, brand moments, and daily opportunities
• Assist as a point of contact for stylists, agents, and celebrity teams, ensuring timely and accurate responses to all email inquiries
• Work closely with the Influence team to support product placement and dressing opportunities
• Ensure all dressing activities are executed in line with the House’s image, positioning, and guidelines

Coordinate Fittings, Sample Requests & Sendings

• Assist in planning, arranging, and coordinating fittings for celebrity opportunities
• Prepare and manage sample sendings, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to timelines
• Maintain regular contact with the Image Showroom to request, follow up on, and organize samples
• Track samples from request through fittings, events, and return
• Ensure all samples are handled with care and kept in pristine condition

Manage VIP Dressing Stock & Inventory Support

• Support the maintenance of accurate VIP dressing stock and inventory records
• Monitor sample movements across fittings, events, and regions
• Follow up on returns and flag any stock discrepancies or issues
• Assist in resolving sample-related issues in coordination with the showroom and internal teams
• Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments post-collection launch to support order placements

Reporting & Visibility of Celebrity Dressing Activities

• Support the compilation of celebrity dressing and placement reports
• Assist in tracking VIP activity, sendings, and sample usage
• Maintain organized records and ensure clear communication across internal team

Who you are

• Minimum 2 years in celebrity or PR Coordination  
• Autonomous, proactive with curiosity to learn
• Exceptional communication skills & a genuine interest in the fashion industry
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task on many different projects required
• Strong computer skills (FashionGPS, Microsoft Office-Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
