    About us Founded by Spanish-born Cristóbal Balenciaga in 1917 and established in Paris in 1937, the original House of Balenciaga defined modern couture with its many innovations to form and technique.     Your opportunity

    Within the Global Retail Training team, the Retail Trainer contributes to the development and deployment of global retail training initiatives aimed at elevating client experience, selling performance, and managerial capabilities across the network.

    How you will contribute

    As a retail trainer, you will:

    •            Design and deploy retail training programs focused on client experience, selling techniques, and floor management.
    •            Deliver engaging training sessions to retail teams and store managers.
    •            Ensure global consistency of training standards while allowing relevant local adaptations.
    •            Reinforce client experience standards and structured selling rituals across the retail network.
    •            Observe in-store behaviors and provide structured feedback to drive performance improvement.
    •            Facilitate training on advanced selling techniques, cross-selling, and conversion improvement.
    •            Develop clienteling capabilities, CRM usage, and long-term client relationship building.
    •            Support store managers in building a strong coaching and feedback culture.
    •            Promote understanding of retail performance indicators and commercial awareness.
    •            Collect field feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of training tools and methodologies.

    Who you are

    •            Experienced in luxury retail stores.

    •            Experienced in retail training.

    •            A strong facilitator and presenter.

    •            Able to influence and coach in field environments.

    •            Knowledgeable about retail KPIs and performance drivers.

    •            Structured and detail oriented.

    •            Fluent in English.
